Store credit and/or replacement arrangments are at the discretion of the owner. Store credit or replacement arrangements will not be issued for orders not placed directly on this website or called by the sender directly in to our florist. Store credit and/or replacements will be issued to patrons not more than one time. Photos are taken of each arrangement prior to leaving our florist.

Same day delivery is guaranteed before the end of our business day on all online orders received prior to 2:00 P.M. that day. Online orders received on Saturdays prior to 10:00 A.M. will be delivered before the end of our business day on that Saturday.  Online orders received on Saturdays after 10:00 A.M. or on Sundays will be delivered the following Monday except in the event of a national holiday on that Monday - then delivery will be made on Tuesday.
